Surface finishes

We offer wet and powder varnishing, hot-dip and centrifugal galvanizing.

1) Wet painting

• Hall 750 m2 ... cabin dimensions of 7500 x 3000 mm
• Hall 1520 m2 ... color spraying is exclusively done by airless spraying by means of Graco Company equipment

2) Powder varnishing

• Cabin dimensions of 3100 x 1600 mm ... 2x
• Cabin dimensions of 2700 x 1400 mm ... 1x

3) Hot-dip galvanizing

Hot –dip galvanizing represents an advanced trend in the area of steel construction surface finishing. The benefits are, most of all, a long life cycle, achieving an even and quality coating including inner and difficult accessed areas, a good resistance against mechanical effects, an option to use toher varnishing materials and environment friendliness.
The surface finish using hot-dip galvanizing complies with the European standard DIN EN ISO 1461.
Maximum part size: 12,000 x 1500 x 3500 mm

4) Hot-dip centrifugal galvanizing

The hot-dip centrifugal galvanizing is used for the surface finish of small parts such as screws, nuts, washers etc.
This kind of surface finish complies with the European standard DIN EN ISO 1461.
